Energy bullies – setting boundaries to release the negative and bring in the positive

energy bullies a peaceful balance aurora

Do you have someone in your life; maybe a boss, relative, friend, or maybe your current significant other, that you would describe as an ‘energy bully’? You can picture that person right away. Or maybe you don’t know what an energy bully is. If that’s the case read on to see if these relate.

If your boss gives you the worst shifts because you don’t kiss ass, you have a friend or family member that is really negative about everything you say or do, or your partner is incredibly controlling. These types of people are what I like to call energy bullies.

Do You Want Change?

What if I told you there’s a really easy way to create boundaries; and have the energy bully be accountable for their actions. You do have to commit to it. It isn’t something you just do once and if it doesn’t work right away you give up on. It does work, but you have to be open to change, because taking these steps will move things out of your life that no longer serve you for your best.

So, if you have someone in your life that is an energy bully what do you do? You’ve been wanting to stand up to them but you don’t want the repercussions at work, or you don’t want the hassle of the backlash your relative or friend might send if you do say something. And really, sometimes it’s just easier to “deal with it” rather than confront

them. But who wants to just deal with it?!!? It’s not good for your soul. And if kept in long enough it will have a negative toll in your life that will absolutely manifest physically.

So what do you do?

Stop “Dealing With” Them and Empower Ourselves to Change

We will go through a really simple yet important exercise to create positive change for you. And will hold the energy bully in your life accountable for their negative and unacceptable behavior. In doing so, you will have set up boundaries that you will give off energetically. People will automatically know what you find acceptable and will only bring you what you want.

This exercise is what I like to call an ‘energy email’.

It allows you to put all of your words and energy you been holding in and send it off to their higher self. Never having to confront them physically, yet they do receive the message. This may take a few days or months so be persistent and commit to it.

Here is an example of an energy email;

Dear Jane,

Your constant negative feedback, and your continued micromanaging is no longer tolerated by me. It’s not serving me with my highest and greatest good. Do not bring it around me any longer. I’m only accepting that which is positive and for my highest and greatest good.

This is an example of what you would either say out loud (while you’re alone) or think in your head and then send it energetically to the person. Imagine them standing in front of you, if that makes it easier for you to send off to them directly.

The very important part here is to remember to end it with “I’m only accepting that which is positive and for my highest and greatest good.” This will allow for the negative pattern to now be filled with positive responses.

How Does This Work and is it Really Effective???!!!?

Well, of course it does. We all have higher self. This is the part of us that is pure and knows the difference between right and wrong. By sending your email energetically, the intended person will receive the full message without physical self and ego denying it.

The reason why it’s not an immediate change is because their higher self will pick it up when they are ready to receive it. This is why you have to be persistent. As you continue to fill up their inbox with energy emails it’s easier for them to get the message.

So every time the person comes into your thoughts or says something negative, or if they are near you and their energy is blah, send them an energy email and enjoy all the positive that the universe has in store for you.

Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing; Getting Centered and Letting Go

Deep Diaphradmatic Breathing Techniques - Registered Massage Therapy Newmarket - Kristin Kunsch Peaceful Balance Massage Therapist Newmarket

Ok, now that you have invited gratitude into your life, how do you feel? I hope some positive things have come into your life and I really hope that your life has turned around for the better.

With that being said you may now notice that the negative and stressful times are more enhanced. With a more positive shift into your life, the hard stuff may seem even more pronounced. Thats where Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing comes in. Again it’s simple, easy and free to do. Let’s give it a whirl.

Breathing, the easy way

You know when you get stressed or angry and don’t really know why?  Breathing can help you figure it out.  Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing can bring you back to center. It can help you get back into the moment and you can start to understand the reasons for your feelings.

How to Use Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing

  1. Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly up like a balloon. Then breathe out through your mouth.
  2. Take a deep breath in through your nose, expanding your rib cage. Then breathe out through your mouth.
  3. Take a deep breath in through your nose filling up are upper chest. Then breathe out through your mouth.
  4. Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth, filling all 3 areas up. Repeat 10 times or as many as are necessary to get centered.

Now that you’re centered, let’s get to the bottom of it

Ok, now you are back into the moment how do you feel? Clear headed? Are you able to be in control of your emotions? Can you sit and think about why your feelings are so out of balance? If so, let’s get into figuring it out. If not, keep breathing until you are ready.

Sit in the moment and ask yourself why are you stressed/frustrated. What’s coming up? Trust what your first thought is; if  it resonates with you, we need to go and ask more questions until we get to a final solution. The next question you will want to ask is, why? You will get an answer.  If it resonates with you, trust that this answer is the truth.  If the answer doesn’t seem to make sense, do some more DDB and get centered again and continue to ask the question; why? Until you find an endpoint. Keep trusting the answer that comes up is the truth.

Again, it’s so simple that you might be thinking it can’t be right. But the truth is thtat life is simple. And when you get back to simplicity your life becomes less stressful and a whole lot easier to manage.

Let’s continue to move forward with ease and spread the love and light.

Thanks for being here. Until next time,

Kristin
